Figurate Ltd offers a remote/off-site bookkeeping service, although we can come to your premises initially.  If you are in Northampton, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Kettering, Wellingborough and surrounding areas we can even arrange personal collection of your papers.

You can also drop your papers into us, pop them in the post, or send them electronically them to us - whichever is more convenient for you.

We use a variety of bookkeeping and accounting packages and can recommend one to suit your business and circumstances.  As well as the well-known ones, such as Sage, Quickbooks and Tas, we can work with your chosen preference.  We are independent and not tied in any way to a particular accounting package or software company.

We can even do your bookkeeping manually, if that’s your preference.

We can take care of any or all aspects of the following:

• Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable
• Payment Runs
• Sales Ledger/Sales Invoicing/Accounts Receivable
• Credit Control
• Bank Reconciliation
• VAT and VAT Returns

If none of the above mean anything to you, we will be happy to explain it all to you, so you can make an informed decision.

All of this can be done on a “pick and choose” basis or we can do all of the required bookkeeping for you and we can even act as your virtual finance department.
