Year End Accounts

Whether you are a sole trader or a limited company, we can prepare your year end accounts.

For limited companies, these will be in the statutory format required for submission to Companies House.  We will submit either abbreviated or full accounts, as appropriate for your company, to Companies House, on your behalf.  (There is no extra charge for producing abbreviated accounts.  Most eligible companies opt to file abbreviated accounts with Companies House.  This is because the accounts are available for public viewing/download)

For sole traders, there are no statutory requirements and they are not published publicly.  The format wll facilitate your self-assessment tax return and give you helpful information to see how your business has done over the year.
