Payroll

At Figurate Ltd, we can undertake your weekly, fortnightly, 4-weekly or monthly payroll (or any other pay frequency you require).  We can also do an annual directors payroll (either one annual payment or 12 equal payments).

You will receive a report showing what to pay to your employees and to pay to HMRC for PAYE & NIC, and a complete breakdown of gross pay, deductions and net pay.

Payslips can be emailed as pdfs or posted to employees.  They can even have your logo on them, if you can supply it in a suitable format.

During the year, we will process P45s or P46s as appropriate, for new employees and those who leave employment.  We’ll submit these online to HMRC on your behalf.

At the end of the payroll year, we complete the P35 for your authorisation, prior to submitting electronically to HMRC.  We will also post out P60s to employees at the end of the year.

For those employers who require it, we can also produce and submit P11ds (for Expenses & Benefits) for employees and company directors.
