Figurate Ltd is a firm of Chartered Management Accountants, based in Wootton, Northampton near junction 15 of the M1.  The company was established in 2006, and provides a range of accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, management accounts, statutory and year end accounts,  tax, systems and company secretarial services in a straightforward, no-nonsense manner.  We’d like to make this sound much more exciting than it is, but you probably wouldn’t believe us.

The managing director is Louise, a fully-qualified Chartered Management Accountant.  Louise has 16 years of experience in accountancy and financial management, gained in commercial organisations and in the public sector prior to setting up Figurate Ltd.

Unlike most accountants in practice, where the partners and principals may have spent most of their careers in practice, Louise has first hand commercial and public sector experience in day to day accounting/financial roles.

Louise is also the real-life person behind the company’s successful Happy Accountant blog.

All work is carried out by UK-qualified individuals, who live and work in the UK (and who are entitled to do so).  Figurate Ltd does not sub-contract work outside of the UK.
